How does it work?

Variety is the spice of life! Choose two, three or four activities to take place in a morning or afternoon. Your group will be divided into teams and the teams will rotate through your selected activities spending up to 60 minutes on each one. 30 minutes is required from arrival to starting your first activity.

This time is spent:

  • Welcome & Registration
  • Briefing and safety

Changing and issue of kit. Our multi activity days in Edinburgh usually start at 0930 for morning sessions and 1400  for afternoon sessions..
