Chefs HatMadMax has teamed up with the famous Edinburgh School of Food and Wine, just 15 mins from MadMax and located on the west edge of Edinburgh at Kirkliston.

On arrival, you will be given a full Chef's demonstration after which your group will reproduce and replicate the three courses under the watchfull eye of the Chef all in a fun, entertaining and relaxed way.  They you have the pleasure of enjoying the fruits of your labour over a glass of wine or two! Your experience can be themed (Italian, French, Indian etc) and post dinner entertainment can be organised.

  • 90 mins Chef's demo and teaching
